Delivery timelines can differ significantly from one order to another because each shipment travels through a large and constantly shifting logistics network. From the moment a package leaves our fulfillment facility, its journey is influenced by many moving parts. Distance between the shipping origin and the final destination plays a major role, but it is only one of several factors. Carrier capacity, regional shipping demand, peak seasons, and weather conditions all affect how quickly parcels move through the system. Under typical circumstances, most deliveries arrive within an estimated period of ten to twenty business days. This estimate reflects common transit patterns and is calculated using standard business days only. Weekends and recognized public holidays are excluded, as most carriers do not process or deliver shipments during those times.
Shipping networks occasionally experience conditions that slow overall movement. Severe weather, large-scale increases in shipping volume, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected operational challenges can delay both domestic and international deliveries. These circumstances are part of modern logistics and cannot always be anticipated or avoided. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched as efficiently as possible, certain delays occur outside of our direct control. When this happens, we appreciate patience and understanding as carriers work to restore normal transit flow.
Because transit conditions are subject to change, we are unable to promise a specific delivery date for any order. Once an order has been confirmed and moves into processing, the shipping details associated with it become fixed. At that stage, delivery addresses, destinations, and routing information cannot be altered, and shipments already in transit cannot be redirected. For this reason, it is important for customers to carefully review all shipping details before completing checkout. Accurate and complete address information allows carriers to route packages correctly, minimizes sorting errors, and reduces the likelihood of delays caused by incorrect or missing details.
After an order leaves our warehouse, its movement is managed entirely by the carrier. During transit, a shipment may pass through multiple sorting centers and checkpoints, each operating under different workloads and conditions. High parcel volumes, regional demand surges, weather-related slowdowns, or brief security or verification procedures can affect transit speed at any point along the route. In some cases, carriers may temporarily hold a shipment if an address issue is detected or if additional delivery confirmation is required. Although uncommon, there are also situations where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, the customer is notified promptly, the unavailable item is removed from the order, and a refund is issued for that portion of the purchase.
We provide free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination. Depending on the carrier and the delivery location, a signature or recipient presence may be required at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery on a later date. However, repeated unsuccessful attempts can result in the package being returned to us. When a return occurs due to failed delivery attempts, the order is cancelled and the payment is refunded to the original method used at checkout. To help avoid missed deliveries, customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and plan to be available during the expected delivery window.
Customers can check the status of their orders at any time using the tracking feature available on our website. This tool provides updates throughout the fulfillment process, including when an order is being prepared, when it has shipped, and how it is progressing through the carrier’s network. These updates are intended to offer transparency and reassurance while a package is in transit.
There are certain situations in which an order cannot be processed or shipped. These may include items being out of stock, destinations not supported by the carrier, orders requiring physical delivery when only a PO Box is provided, or payment details that cannot be successfully verified. Incomplete or inaccurate information can also result in processing delays or cancellation.
If an item received does not match what was originally ordered, customers should contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return and issue a refund. Returns are also accepted for sizing concerns, though exchanges require placing a new order. If a shipment appears to be delayed beyond the expected timeframe, reviewing the tracking information is the recommended first step. When tracking shows extended inactivity or unclear updates, customers may reach out to our support team for assistance. We will review the situation carefully and help guide the next appropriate steps to work toward a resolution.
